RETURNS POLICY


RETURNS
If you are unhappy with purchase because of the style, fabric or fit then you are welcome to return the item for a Flock store credit. With this credit, you will be able to purchase something else that you like. The amount of this credit will be less any shipping paid with your order and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. It can be used as payment toward any purchase with Flock store, except for gift cards.

This must be done within 14 days of your purchase.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (including tags still attached and the garment must be unworn and oder free).
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate. 
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit. If you are approved, then your credit will be processed and emailed to you.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be credited.

EXCHANGES 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@flockstore.nz and send your item to: PO Box 645, Pukekohe, 2340.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should send your product to: PO Box 645, Pukekohe, 2340, New Zealand. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

WARRANTY RETURNS POLICY
Customers are covered for 90 days after the original purchase date if there is a defect, fault or failure due to the manufacturing process. Unfortunately we cannot cover a fault or damage caused by wear and tear, improper use or accident.
We will adhere to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which states your rights under a set of guarantees that automatically apply between Flock and the customer when a purchase is made.
